百花煎虾饼 Pan Fry Prawn Cake

[材料]

虾仁350克(去壳)、肥猪油30克、白芝麻1/2小碗

[调味料]

盐、胡椒粉、麻油及粟粉适量

[做法]

1.虾仁洗净,吸干水份,剁成细粒,肥猪油切细粒状。

2.虾仁加入调味料搅拌至起胶后加入肥猪油粒拌均,分成3份压扁。

3.将芝麻沾上面后,下油锅半煎炸至熟。

4.取出沥油待凉,便可切件排碟蘸辣椒酱进食。

Ingredients:

350g shrimp (shelled), 30g pork lard, 1/2 bowl white sesame seed

Seasoning:

Dash of salt, pepper, sesame oil and corn flour

Method:

  1. Wash shrimp, pat dry and chopped coarsely; pork lard also chopped coarsely.
  2. Season shrimp with seasoning and blend with hand until springy, and then mix in pork lard and separate into 3 portions and then flatten.
  3. Coat with sesame seeds and then deep fry until cooked.
  4. Drain and cut into pieces and serve with chili sauce.
